Tax bills will be mailed out by August 9, 2013. 

The grace period has been extended through September 3, 2013.



If you filed an appeal, you will receive an adjusted bill for the 2013 4th quarter and preliminary 2014 1st half.

Please pay the original tax bill until you receive an adjusted bill.


The tax collectors office is waiting on the tax rate to bill the upcoming 2013 final/2014 preliminary tax bills.
 When you receive your tax bill, it will state how long the grace period for August 1, 2013 is extended through.


The Tax Collector’s Duties include the following four broad categories: billing, cashiering, reports and enforcement. As Tax Collector, she also holds the dual title of Utility Collector and is thus charged with the duty of billing and collecting both sewer service and water charges.

N.J.S.A. 54:4-64    

The validity of any tax or assessment, or the time at which it shall be payable, shall not be affected by failure of a taxpayer to receive a Tax bill, but every taxpayer is put on notice to ascertain from the proper official of the taxing district the amount which is due for taxes or assessments against him or his property.
